Hemp Seed Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup nondairy milk
  • 1/3rd cup Fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 heaping teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 heaping teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients except dill, parsely, and chives in a blender and blend until well-combined
  2. Add dill and parsely and lightly blend.
  3. Serve as salad dressing or veggie dip.
  4. Store in airtight container for up to 4 days.

Notes

Can adjust the amount of non-dairy milk or water to make recipe thinner or thicker.
