4 Ingredient Vanilla N'Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened, non-dairy milk I like unsweetened almond milk, plain
  • 1 tbsp raw almond or peanut butter (natural, low or no sodium) Can substitute other nut butters of choice
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla or 1 vanilla bean

Equipment

  • High-powered blender

Method
 

  1. Let the bananas thaw about 5 minutes
  2. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
    Tips: Use a tamper to help it mix.
    Add a small amount of additional nondairy milk - 1 tbsp at a time, if needed. (Caution if add too much at once, will turn into shake).
    May need to turn off the blender and scrape sides.
    Also, can help blend if use lower speeds initially.
  3. Enjoy right away, or freeze for an hour before serving.

Notes

Great in a dish by itself.
Can also get creative with toppings - berries, cinnamon, cacao nibs -> delicious, and add anti-oxidant effect.
