We’re always looking for new ways to dress up a salad, and this one hits the spot! Very herby and flavorful, and also simple and quick to whip up. It makes eating salads a delicious treat!
Hemp Seed Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup nondairy milk
- 1/3rd cup Fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 heaping teaspoon dried dill
- 1 heaping teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except dill, parsely, and chives in a blender and blend until well-combined
- Add dill and parsely and lightly blend.
- Serve as salad dressing or veggie dip.
- Store in airtight container for up to 4 days.
Notes
Can adjust the amount of non-dairy milk or water to make recipe thinner or thicker.
