These are recipes I have tried and enjoyed, and I am sharing with you. They are plant-based and made without any animal products (all vegan). I also cook with minimal salt, oil, or sugar to maximize nutrient density, and follow a gluten-free diet, so these recipes can be made to be gluten-free as well (for those of you who need to be).
