Cook Time 35 minutes. Serves 1-2
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats 1 1/2 cup water(3:1 water to oats)
1/4 cup nondairy milk (we like almond milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup berries or other fruit (fresh or frozen)
*1/4 cup raisins
*2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Instructions
Bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 minutes
Stir well. Add in rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
